New CDN Solution Ensures Fast, High-Quality Delivery of Rich Media Files

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE--(Marketwired - April 10, 2013) - Fozzy Inc., a U.S.-based provider of ultra-fast shared and VPS hosting and subsidiary of XBT Holding Ltd., today announced a publicly available beta test of Fozzy CDN, a new fast and low-latency content delivery network service for companies targeting customers in North America and Europe. Fozzy CDN slashes wait times for end-users accessing static content. Participation in the beta test is free to customers of Fozzy hosting plans, and will continue to be free to Fozzy customers after beta testing.

The new CDN optimizes network routing by storing the most frequently requested content and analyzing the best and shortest route to the end user. By storing content at the network node closest to the customer, Fozzy CDN provides greater speed and higher-quality content delivery. The Fozzy CDN solution is ideal for delivering static files, such as pictures, text, graphics, animation, music, video and archives.

Participants will receive a special link compatible with the CDN functions in popular web engines, such as Joomla and WordPress. With this link, customers can incorporate CDN service into their own CMS systems easily without the need for a special control panel. Fozzy will incorporate comments and suggestions from beta test participants to fine-tune the CDN solution.
